Creating an environment for a user to engage a service through, is most commonly designed through online touchpoints and web platforms. However when designing an engagement, it requires that an experience takes place that is off relevance and personal interest to a user. The example of the ‘What If?’ project by PepsiCo shows technology being used to establish a conversation between them and a user in a very tangible way.

I think that the designing of tools which converge the analogue with the digital is a much more powerful way of allowing a user to experience a service, because by making it real and physical it makes the experience less conceptual and abstract and more palable and relevant to them.
